We take fraud very seriously, all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer. To protect our customers when making online payments you may be presented with 3D secure security measures when paying. This is dependent on your bank issuer and may require you to enter a password or get a security code via email or phone.
PHYSICAL DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
COLOUR REPRODUCTION
Our website makes every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products on our website. However, as computer monitors differ, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be an accurate representation of the true colour.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Under the consumer law you may be entitled to receive a refund for:
- goods you have purchased if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or not as described; and
- services we have supplied if they have not been supplied with reasonable care and skill.

PRODUCT WARRANTY
To activate the warranty, you will need to register on www.kikisebby.com with the product code within 14 days of receiving the item.
PRODUCT RECALL
If in the event of any product recall, this will be announced on our website www.kikisebby.com and via email should this be held on our database.
